Panic is quite affiliated with the paisa alliance seen in Cartagena, this organization calls itself "Border Brothers 22", the idea of immigration was channeled through this organization to Panic's family, they were threatened with death if they did not hasten the transfer of citizens to Panic Iglesias. Arriving at the border of San Andreas, he started his new life in the new country, knowing no one there.
